Login to your LeadJaw account and in the top right corner select the menu and settings option. Next visit the Integrations tab where you will see HubSpot in the list of available apps available.
Follow the on screen instructions to connect to your own HubSpot account to authorise the connection. Once connected review the available options to help you get the most of using LeadJaw with HubSpot.
Note: HubSpot Integration is only available on LeadJaw Pro Accounts. See LeadJaw pricing for details.
LeadJaw's API and webhook system lets you push visitor and lead data to any CRM that accepts incoming webhooks, including Salesforce, Pipedrive and others.
We have a HubSpot direct integration.
Other native one-click CRM integrations are on our roadmap. In the meantime, tools like Zapier or Make can bridge the gap if your CRM does not support webhooks directly.
Yes. We are actively building out even more apps for our integration library. If there is a specific tool you would like LeadJaw to connect with, let us know via the chat widget. We prioritise integrations based on what our customers ask for the most.

Privacy and data
GDPR, UK data protection, what data LeadJaw stores and your rights as an account holder.
Yes. LeadJaw is designed to be GDPR compliant. The tracking script processes IP addresses to resolve them to company-level data. IP addresses are considered personal data under UK and EU GDPR, so this processing should be disclosed in your privacy policy and covered under a lawful basis such as legitimate interests.
LeadJaw operates as a data processor and a data processing agreement is available on request. Our privacy policy and terms are linked in the footer of every page.
We recommend adding a paragraph noting that your site uses a B2B visitor intelligence tool to identify companies visiting your website for sales and marketing purposes.
You should state that IP addresses are processed for this purpose and that no individual personal data is stored. This processing is covered under legitimate interests.
We provide suggested wording on our GDPR page.
You should load the LeadJaw tracking snippet only after a visitor has accepted analytics cookies. If you use a consent management platform (such as Cookiebot, OneTrust or a custom banner), wrap the snippet in a consent callback so it fires only when analytics consent is given. Loading it unconditionally before consent may put your site outside GDPR compliance. Most consent platforms provide a callback function — for example CookieConsent.on('consent') or similar — where you can place the LeadJaw script tag. If you are unsure how to implement this, contact your consent platform provider directly.
The LeadJaw tracking script does not set cookies itself. However it does process the IP address of each visitor to resolve it to a company. IP addresses are considered personal data under GDPR, even when used only for company-level identification. Session-level data, pages visited, timestamps and session duration is also stored. No personal names, email addresses or individual identities are captured from passive tracking.
Form fill data is only stored when a visitor voluntarily submits a form on your website. This processing should be disclosed in your privacy policy and cookie consent banner.
