Integrations

LeadJaw works alongside the tools your team already uses. Get the tracking script live in minutes, then connect the tools that turn visits into action: alerts in Slack, records in HubSpot, meetings through Calendly, and data in your own systems via the API.

Tracking setup

Start here. These are the two fastest ways to get the LeadJaw tracker live on your site, no manual code editing required.

WordPress

WordPress plugin

Install the official LeadJaw plugin from the WordPress.org directory and your tracker is live without touching a single file. The plugin dashboard shows your plan and top pages at a glance, right inside WordPress.

Set up the WordPress plugin →

Webflow

Webflow

Connect your Webflow account and LeadJaw publishes the tracking script for you through Webflow's own Custom Code API. No copy and paste and no waiting on a developer to push a change.

Other Methods

You can also manually copy and paste the tracking code into the header of your website, or share it with your web developer / designer to add it manually. Alternatively you can also take advantage of using Google Tag Manager to streamline the setup process and tracker. See the Settings and Tracker Setup tab for details.

Connect your tools

Once visits are being tracked, these integrations decide what happens next: who hears about a visit, where the record lands and how share valuable visitor insights with your team.

Slack

Slack

Send visitor and form fill alerts straight into the Slack channels your team already uses. Route different alert rules to different channels, so sales sees form fills and marketing sees high value visits. Included on every plan, with no extra fee.

Set up Slack alerts →

HubSpot

HubSpot

Push identified companies into HubSpot as they're seen, with lead score, source and visit history attached. Form fills sync as contacts with full activity, so your CRM stays current without anyone copying data across by hand. Available on LeadJaw Pro Plans only.

Set up the HubSpot integration →

Calendly

Calendly

Connect Calendly and LeadJaw links bookings back to the visit that led to them, so you can see which companies went from anonymous visit to booked call. Works on both free and paid Calendly plans.

LeadJaw API

API

Pull visitor, company and form fill data straight into your own systems using the LeadJaw REST API. Bearer token authentication, account-scoped requests and a rate limit generous enough for most integrations.

FAQ

Common questions

Yes. WordPress, Webflow or manually adding the tracking script gets the visitor tracker live first. From there, integrations like Slack and HubSpot work with the visit data LeadJaw is already collecting.

Yes. Most accounts run Slack for real time alerts alongside HubSpot for CRM records, and there's no limit on how many you connect.

WordPress, Webflow, Slack and Calendly are included on every LeadJaw plan. HubSpot and our API are available on the Pro plan. Check the pricing page for more details on others.

Yes. LeadJaw only shares the company and visit data you've already collected under UK GDPR and each integration only sends data to the destination you've explicitly connected.
