We have just shipped a native HubSpot integration for LeadJaw. If your team already uses HubSpot to manage deals and contacts, you can now connect your LeadJaw account and start pushing identified companies directly into your CRM without any manual work.
What the integration does
LeadJaw identifies the companies visiting your website and tracks how they behave across sessions. HubSpot manages your known contacts and pipeline. The integration links the two: when LeadJaw identifies a company, it creates or updates a company record in HubSpot and keeps it current as visit activity continues.
Every company record LeadJaw pushes to HubSpot includes a set of custom properties so your team can filter, segment and build workflows around the data:
- Lead score - the score LeadJaw has assigned based on visit behaviour
- First seen - the date the company first visited your site
- Last seen - the date of their most recent visit
- Visit count - total number of sessions recorded
- Source - always tagged as "LeadJaw" so you can filter by origin in HubSpot
- Deep link - a direct link back to the full visitor record in your LeadJaw dashboard
If a company already exists in HubSpot, LeadJaw updates the record rather than creating a duplicate. The deduplication key is the company domain.
Form fill contacts
When a visitor fills in a form on your site and LeadJaw captures the submission, the integration can create a contact record in HubSpot and associate it to the identified company. This is off by default and can be switched on from the integration settings page.
Each form fill is logged as an incoming email activity on the contact record, so the interaction appears in the HubSpot timeline alongside your other sales activity. If you prefer a note over an activity log, you can change that from settings too.
Personal email addresses from free providers are handled separately. LeadJaw will still create the contact record, but it will not create a company record for a Gmail or Outlook address.
How to connect
The integration uses OAuth, so there are no API keys to copy and paste. From your LeadJaw settings, go to Integrations and click Connect HubSpot. You will be taken to HubSpot to authorise the connection, then redirected back. LeadJaw creates the custom properties in your portal automatically on first connect.
From the settings page you can also choose between automatic and manual push mode, set a minimum lead score threshold for automatic pushes, and manage any email domains you want to exclude from contact creation.
Which plans include it
The HubSpot integration is available on the LeadJaw Pro plan. If you are on Starter or Growth and want to connect, you can upgrade from your account settings.
What comes next
We are working through HubSpot's technology partner programme, which will unlock timeline visit events. Once approved, every visit session LeadJaw records will appear as a timeline event on the company record in HubSpot, giving your team a full view of research activity without leaving the CRM.
