Available guides
- LeadJaw REST API Guide
How to authenticate, query visitor data and push enrichment results using the LeadJaw REST API. Covers endpoints, request formats and example responses.
How to use these guides
Each guide is written for a specific task. You do not need to read them in order. If you are setting up LeadJaw for the first time, start with the integration guide for whichever tool you use - HubSpot, Slack, Webflow or WordPress. The REST API guide is aimed at developers who want to pull visitor data directly into their own systems or data warehouse.
What the guides cover
The current guide covers the LeadJaw REST API in full, including authentication, available endpoints, how to query visitor and enrichment data, and example request and response formats. It is written for developers and assumes familiarity with REST APIs and JSON responses.
Guides covering HubSpot setup, Slack alert configuration and Webflow tracker installation are available as in-app walkthroughs inside your LeadJaw account. Step-by-step PDF versions will be added here over the coming months as new features ship.
Suggest a guide topic
If there is a topic you would like covered in more depth, use the contact page to let us know. We prioritise new guides based on the questions we receive most often from customers and trialists. Topics requested more than once tend to move up the list quickly.
In-app help
For quick questions during setup, the chat widget inside the LeadJaw app connects you to the support team directly. Most integration questions can be resolved in a single conversation without needing a guide.
